A cuisine highlighting local ingredients




The very convivial table d’hôte is the perfect way to discover and taste the fresh products from the farm. Louise, Leon’s sister, is the great cook who prepares all these delicious local meals.

The menu is established according to the day’s production. You will find cabagge, lettuce, local vegetables and particularly the Hameau’s specialty: rooster. Tonton Leon is a modern man who appreciates the authentic ingredients of Martinique’s food.


Since July 2003, the Hameau presents a new desert on its table d’hôte, the «Dou Giromon» a coconut and local pumpkin based flan… A tasty treat! And not to forget plenty of freshly picked ingredients on the farm…. Hummmm!

Price: From 20 Euros per person.
On reservation only. The reservation must be done at least 24h in advance.

A quality label :

Thanks to Leon’s work and perseverance this market-gardening farm has been  receiving the bio label from Ecocert for the past three years. It is important to know that this label is not an asset and is under scrupulous control every year.

You can learn more about organic agriculture and even participate by picking your own fruits and vegetables. What a pleasure to eat for breakfast fresh fruits picked by you….That is what we call agrotourism!
